Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions are managed through the secure Stripe billing portal.
Can every plan use the softphone?
Yes. Every plan can access the softphone option. Phone numbers and monthly calling minute packages are separate paid add-ons, so calling costs stay tied to actual phone usage.
How are payments handled?
Pro, Agency, softphone number subscriptions, and calling-minute packages use secure Stripe Checkout. iCloseLeads does not store card details.
What happens after the free trial?
Your trial lasts 72 hours from registration, with up to 600 lead results shared across Local, Remote, and Live Jobs. After that, choose Pro or Agency for new searches, AI tools, website concepts, and outreach. Saved leads, history, and shared previews remain accessible. No card is required and there is no automatic charge.
Do bonus leads extend my trial?
No. A one-time share bonus can add 300 results during an active trial, but your original 72-hour deadline does not change. Unused trial or bonus results do not renew weekly.
What stays available without a subscription?
You can sign in, review and export saved leads, manage your account, and contact support. Public calculators and existing shared previews remain available. Purchased phone numbers and calling minutes keep their separate billing and usage rules.
When should I choose Agency?
Choose Agency for more than 1,000 lead results a week, a larger outreach allowance, or API access. It is a single-user account, not a shared team workspace. Lead availability varies by source and location.
What happens when I hit my weekly lead limit?
You will be notified and can upgrade your plan. Existing saved leads and emails remain accessible.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available from the dashboard upgrade page and is shown before checkout.
